UVA-Strahlen \u2014 verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Hautalterung \u2014 dringen durch Wolken, durch die Autoscheibe und durch das B\u00fcrofenster. Selbst wenn Sie am Schreibtisch neben einem Fenster sitzen, erhalten Sie eine UV-Dosis. Klein, aber konstant. Und genau diese konstante Belastung, Jahr f\u00fcr Jahr, f\u00fchrt zu Falten, Pigmentflecken und Elastizit\u00e4tsverlust.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"kb-myth\">\u00abMeine Haut ist dunkel\/olivfarben, ich bekomme keinen Sonnenbrand \u2014 also brauche ich kein SPF.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Stimmt, Sie bekommen weniger leicht einen Sonnenbrand. Aber Hautalterung durch Sonne (genannt <em>Photoaging<\/em>) hat nicht nur mit Sonnenbrand zu tun \u2014 sondern mit der kumulierten UV-Belastung, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, wie leicht Ihre Haut br\u00e4unt. <strong>Bis zu 80 % der sichtbaren Hautalterung<\/strong> sind auf die Sonne zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, nicht auf das nat\u00fcrliche Altern selbst.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"kb-myth\">\u00abMein Make-up hat SPF, das reicht.\u00bb \/ \u00abIch glaube, meine Tagescreme hat schon SPF drin.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Der lustige Teil: Um den auf der Verpackung angegebenen Lichtschutzfaktor tats\u00e4chlich zu erreichen, br\u00e4uchten Sie eine Produktmenge, die niemand realistisch mit Foundation, Puder oder Tagescreme auftr\u00e4gt. Dermatologen empfehlen <strong>einen gestrichenen Teel\u00f6ffel<\/strong> SPF allein f\u00fcrs Gesicht \u2014 versuchen Sie das mal mit Ihrer Foundation, wenn Sie zum Schluss noch etwas lachen m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"kb-myth\">\u00abIch kann kein SPF auftragen, es f\u00fchlt sich schwer an, wie eine Maske.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Das galt f\u00fcr die Formeln von vor einigen Jahren \u2014 dick, weiss, klebrig wie eine Plastikschicht auf der Haut. Die heutigen Formeln sind v\u00f6llig anders: leichte Fluids, transparente Gele, manche sogar mit mattierendem Finish.
